Cancellation Policy
One reschedule allowed per deposit. Deposit valid for 21 days from your original appointment date.
Minimum 24-hour notice required for reschedules or cancellations to keep deposit.
Automatic forfeiture of deposit for no-shows and last minute cancellations (less than the 24-hour period). No exceptions.
